• Contingent Recruiting – We align on the ideal candidate profile and conduct specialized searches to thoroughly vet and qualify candidates. Clients are only charged a placement fee upon a successful hire, and we focus on delivering strong matches that align with your hiring goals and budget.

• Contained Recruiting – A hybrid between retained and contingent models, this approach is best for senior-level roles such as Sales Manager, Director of Sales, or VP of Sales. It enables us to dedicate resources to a focused, high-priority search with an upfront financial commitment, while maintaining flexibility for your team.
